What are the different shipping options?

We know that buying a new pinball machine can be a big decision so we make things as easy as possible. After your purchase we will contact you to discuss when it is good for your machine to arrive and come to a rough timeline. Then we will contract through R&L Carriers or FedEx to have the game delivered to the curb of your house and provide tracking information so you know exactly where your game is. R&L Carriers or FedEx will contact you ahead of time to confirm that you are available to take delivery and give a delivery time window.

Local Pickup is free!!

Continental US Shipping

We utilize R&L Carriers or FedEx Freight to deliver anywhere within the continental United States. Typical shipping fees range from $100 – $400 depending on destination. We are always happy to discuss alternative shipping options as well!

Free Shipping

We offer free R&L Carriers or FedEx  on Items marked as free shipping in the product description.

Shipping Method and Shipping Fee calculation

Used games will be charged actual shipping costs + $60 packaging/handling.*

*All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once you package is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email.

In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available. Please schedule an appointment prior to arrival for your pickup.

How Long will it Take to Receive My Order?

Guaranteed Delivery

We can offer Guaranteed Delivery dates for an additional fee. Prices vary on destination.

Average handling time

Typically 1-3 business days after payment clears.

Average shipping time

1.  Pinball machines via R&L Carriers or FedEx are 2-5 business days.
2. Accessories ship USPS Priority Mail and average 2-4 business days.
